Last night, I interviewed Marty Newingham of TalkShoe. Marty is Chairman and CEO of TalkShoe, an internet social networking company. He has over twenty-five years of management and consulting experience in internet, manufacturing and distribution companies.

Questions from Last night:

1. Tell me about your job. What is different from what other CEOs do?
2. What is it that made you want to become a CEO and Entrepreneur?
3. Could you tell the audience a little bit about your background?
4. What kinds of characteristics does a person need to have to be a good CEO?
5. How is the job security in this field?
6. As a CEO, what would you call a normal day?
7. There are many people out there that want to be an Entrepreneur and/or CEO. What advice to do you have for them to get started?

1. I wonder if Marty feels that the responsbilities of a CEO warrant millions of dollars as part of their salaries. (Jeffro)
